    SALE!

Lotsa good stuff here-- Booker T Singles comps, both of their Bangles reissues, Norma Tanega, and a mess of Black Jazz titles. Irma Thomas is highly recommended.

Apparently they really need to get rid of Country Joe & the Fish at the Fillmore, which is down to $9.99 for two LP's.

I’ve been waiting for Fountains of Wayne’s 2lp Welcome Interstate Managers to come down in price, been seeing it around for $45 so for $15 here I jumped at it! Thanks

Some good titles and decent prices, but kind of crappy shipping charges.

That Demon Night soundtrack is going to be a fun listen, but I don't know how I missed it back in 1994, when I was a huge fan of most of those bands at the time. Seems like it was another case of the soundtrack being better than the movie, like Judgment Night, Last Action Hero, The Crow 2, etc., etc.

I also picked up the Tom Tom Club record, which should also be fun to check out.

I ordered four LPs and paid $9.99. Pretty reasonable IMO. What was your experience?

shipping is a little high but i can confirm that they pack with care and if there are any issues with your purchases they will resolve them very quickly. great label.

I agree that shipping is a little more than I like but in my experience they ship quickly. I ordered a few titles (Booker T, Bangles, and Strangeloves) on Tuesday morning, received an email that they shipped later that day, and just received them in a sturdy, well packed mailer this morning. Granted, they are in Southern California and I am in the SF Bay Area but I am still impressed.

I bought that Electronic System Vol. II record that's on blow-out for $5.99 and it's really quite good. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's kind of like Moog exotica. Esquivel meets Hot Butter's "Popcorn".

I got that too and really enjoy it. To my mind Telex is one of the most fun synth bands, so it was no surprise.

I received my order today, but the tape on each side of the box had split, and six LPs (out of 15) weren't in the box. I'm assuming they all fell out/were stolen at some point, but hopefully it isn't an issue getting them re-sent.

I haven't tried to do anything about it yet but nearly all of my albums had big creases on the corners. If they are actually good about taking care of issues like that, I'll need to stop procrastinating.

I sure hope it's better than the last one, which was about 90% junk that they couldn't sell in previous CD sales, but much of it marked UP to higher prices this time around! Their worst CD sale ever.

The CD sale just went up tonight. Quite a few good rock/pop titles, including a few which are definitely OOP!

I was disappointed that the titles I really wanted were barely on sale. So I just picked up that 50s comp (At the Hop), Barry McGuire & the Doctor, and The Hello People.

A LOT of the Black Jazz label vinyl reissues for $8. Either their license is expiring or they way overpressed them.
