your loss. i think i counted 4 or 5 brief commercials for an almost 2 hour movie. i didn't think it hurt the flow at all.

it's an 8 million dollar movie on a free streaming platform. what do you expect?

Are the commercials in logical places or just sort of jammed in mid-scene like a Youtube video?

I don’t even remember, so it wasn’t that annoying.

They were placed in logical places and didn't interfere w/the flow of the movie

For those who have seen this, how suitable is it for a 12 year old kid?

I think it would be fine for a 12 year old, fun little movie, stay for the credits.

There are a couple of scenes with exaggerated violence. So I guess it would depend how sensitive the kid is to that.

One thing I've always liked about Weird Al is that he genuinely seems like one of the nicest guys on the planet... I bet it would be a lot of fun to have a beer with him and just shoot the sh!t for a couple hours.

I'd call it appropriately funny, I laughed out loud several times. The plot twist(?) in the middle of the film was great and made it more interesting than just a silly fake biopic.

    Radcliffe was amazing.

Loved the movie! watched it with my nephew who is a huge Weird Al fan, so him and a few others laughing perhaps helped me enjoy it more. will definitely be watching it again at some point!
