Found a couple of friends to go in on 3 Stones mono boxes. $280 each after discounts. That's about what it should be anyway... I've had decent experiences with them shipping these big box sets in their original shipping boxes and another Target box. Let's hope they ship these with some heavy duty outer boxes!!
Just received 3 of 4 (oddly) of my orders. They were all shipped in decent record mailers, nothing loose.
I almost pulled the trigger on the Revolver LP box earlier, but I think it came out to like $125 before tax. Given the way some of those other boxes have gone, I think you can get it cheaper than that down the line and I’m just not in a hurry on that one. I have many different copies of that album that are all excellent and too large of a stack of incoming vinyl as it is.
Yeah, I was thinking about the Neil Young - Harvest box, but judging by how the other Neil boxes are dropping it's probably best to wait.
That Nazz box set pre-order seems priced well. It's offered at Target in either the black vinyl, or the colored vinyl edition. Amazon is asking $140 for the pre-order; Target is only asking $119, AND that's before the 3-for-2 discount. I have about 5 of the packages that arrived at my local UPS destination hub around 4am this morning but since they’re scheduled delivery date is friday or saturday, theyre going to not go out for delivery today. So aggravating.
its not, ive had stuff show up at same place at 8:30 am for that day delivery and 15 mins later its scanned and on the truck. This happens every time for me with UPS if it arrives at destination facility before the scheduled delivery day
i was going to grab the revolver box set, but now i'm asking myself: why on earth is this priced soooo much higher than the let it be set? even after the b2g1 discount it's too much!
I'm banking on it it going to sub-$100 levels in the next year or so. I'm in no hurry. I doubt anything here will best what I already have, save maybe the mono vinyl, but I prefer my '80s stereo copy that I got for $20 to every copy I have, including the 2014 mono and the original UK pressing
yeah i guess if one had missed out on the mono set this might be more appealing. but for the remix, the amazon slipmat exclusive is looking kind of cool!
I really dig the shirt that comes with the Target special edition, but unfortunately the shirt only comes in one size. Being a tall person pretty much excludes me from all such L shirts they offer. Shame.

I grabbed it because I wanted the mono plus the new mix sounds great. I agree it’s probably too much still and maybe it’ll go to $100 but the AAA mono being included may make it more popular than the other boxes
