Those first five Steve Miller LP's are all pretty great with "Brave New World" a particular standout.
Nicky Hopkins really shines.
Never much cared for post "Number 5" stuff, to each their own.

If you grabbed these at $8 each you got some great music for a cheap price.

Love Miles music and read his autobiography.
At different times he hated Eric Dolphy, Clark Terry, Duke Ellington, Cecil Taylor etc etc
An angry effed up dude who hit women and at one point or another put down just about every jazz great ... I do love his music though.

I ordered the deluxe Beach Boys Sail on Sailor and Blondie Against the Odds a few hours before the sale ended. This is the second order. My first was packaged very well. I hope that this will be as well.

 

that Blondie box is A+, i got the super deluxe vinyl edition and id say its my favorite archival release of 2022

 

I am looking forward to seeing it. I think that the Beach Boys box will be worth it just for the Carnegie Hall show alone. I have a new philosophy for 2023. It is rather than buying the highlights sets and then shopping for the deluxe sets at some later time, I subtract the price of the highlights sets which I don't buy as savings overall.

Nope. Many Tone Poets and the Acoustic Sounds Verve series are excluded.

 

FYI: The sale is also happening over at SoundofVinyl, which has a much larger selection of records.

UDiscover has free no minimum shipping though, whereas SoV is $50 minimum.
