He was great on the talk shows. Very interesting guy and a good actor. His life was not without controversy obviously.

Another great—if underappreciated picture—and with strong support from Robert Redford, Katharine Ross, and Susan Clark. Blake had a “Golden Era” between 67 and 74 where He starred in some excellent, quirky, off-beat films that are like no others, with T.T.W.B.I.H. being a highlight. Can’t believe He’s gone. R.I.P., Mickey Gubitosi. Highly recommend a picture from 72 titled CORKY in which He plays a Texan drag racer bombin’ ‘round in a Plymouth Barricuda. - siyt
