The guy hasn't been on this forum since Nov, 2009. He is not that reliable.

 

Can you explain the correlation between those two statements? Why is his absence on this forum for the last few months an indication that he's unreliable in some way?

Do you mean he's an unreliable eBay seller, or an unreliable SH forum participant?

The numbers suggest that he's quite reliable. When you're doing that volume of business, a few neutral or negative ratings are almost inevitable.

If you have a specific problem with jonifan, or if you're having trouble reaching him because he hasn't been on the forum in a while, I suggest sending him a private message (I think that triggers an email to be sent to him), as well as sending him a message via eBay's system as well.

If he doesn't reply in a what you feel was a sufficient amount of time, and it's regarding an eBay transaction you completed with him, you should consider posting negative feedback on eBay for your transaction (assuming you followed eBay's conflict resolution recommendations first).
