    The Frescobaldi set appears to be the same set released by Tactus, though the number of CD's differ.

    I'm sure he did, I need to check out his concerto and some of his chamber music with clarinet - his oeuvre is vast!

    Not my very favourite 20th century composer (that would apply more to the ones listed in my profile + Charles Ives) but a very interesting and rewarding composer who's written a lot of great music and seems sadly underrated/overlooked by many.

    It is a great box. I have particularly enjoyed the first few CD's, conducted by Sir John Barbirolli. IMO, few conductors can surpass Barbirolli when it comes to Elgar, including any of his fellow British conductors. This is really a gem of a mega box that covers practically all the works by Elgar.
