My second favorite tube amp after the Line Magnetic KT88. It is obviously single ended but feels like push pull. Tube life is supposed to be short for these 6C33C tubes and it is very hot.
No really big changes to my setup lately but I did run into a print of Miles circa '56 at the record store that I really liked and thought would look pretty good close to the table. Not sure if it sounds any better but I liked the way it turned out.
Nice setup...! I have the exact same wall shelf which I will now probably sell as I no longer have a suspended turntable.
Yes, I saw that. Your Lenco is beautiful. I'm curious about the MU 25 as I hadn't heard of it before. How does it compare to, say, 13 ply baltic birch?
The result of to much free time and malt whiskey; cold cathode neon lighted table. Luckily only stuck on with blu-tack.
This one is a bright orange; sounds awesome too. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005Z4NMOW/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is seriously the first record player I ever owned, except it didn't have the Kiss artwork on it. I'm sure it sounded terrible, but as a 7-year old kid it was MINE and I loved it.
I don't believe I've posted my Thorens TD-166mkII here yet..... It took me a while to track down one in good condition but it was well worth the wait. I found a really good deal one that was obviously gently used and in near mint condition: I'm having a blast re-discovering just how good vinyl can sound !
