A friend would like to identify a rock and roll song sung by someone who sounds much like Elvis: "Song starts with yodeling - 'la-la-la-hee (x4) hoooooo' followed by yell 'eeeeeeeeee...ya-ha', then melody in the link [below]. Similar style to 'That's Alright Mama'. But besides, it got Christmas festive vibe, cheerful, there's lalalas near the end, short piano bit & ends with guy saying 'Let's go!'" The tune (played on a keyboard) is as follows: Voice00089(1).mp3 (1.08MB) - SendSpace.com All help gratefully acknowledged. :=)
A little more info I've received (regrettably the SendSpace link has been broken): "It sounds like country guitar, low guitar as in 'I Walk The Line' by Johnny Cash. In fact, there's sth. country about the song. Then, it's joined by high guitar line, very bright ringing guitar like in various Christmas songs, f.ex. 'Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree'. "Bottom line is, these 2 guitars seem to trade, as if call/reply type thing. And it's clearly 50s-70s song, not today's band singing 50s-70s song." Any ideas, anyone?
