Amazon (UK) to stop accepting UK-issued Visa credit cards

    Wonder if this also affect Visa debit cards (and not just on/for UK Amazon) ? Might explain why Natwest are dropping Visa & switching to Debit Mastercard.

    No, they stated it doesn't affect Visa debit cards. They specifically stated UK-registered Visa Credit cards and all European Amazon sites are just localized shop-fronts for the same company so my bet is that Visa credit cards will be no bueno with Amazon full-stop if they're UK registered.
