Gonna let it ride with the original vinyl and recent 180 gram pressings I've cobbled together.

...at a reasonable price? I already built my collection with the Rhino/NEMS reissues and am very happy with those, but this set seems very appealing.

Mine was despatched yesterday for delivery Monday.

    Arrived today.
First impressions are good. All sleeves in good condition. Artwork fairly faithfully reproduced with inserts as appropriate. Some of the inner bags split in transit which is a shame but not a surprise. The book is great. Hardback reproducing tour programmes over the span of the set. Evil Woman single and download card to round it off.
I gave the 1st album a spin. A little noisy, though every other copy on vinyl I have is the same. I would say there is a touch more detail present. I compared with a late 70's NEMS and the Rhino US reissue from a few years back.
A blast of the Paranoid album was next. This was listened to throughout dinner at daft volume whilst talking to my family and it was great. The rest will be over the next few days.

I really like the Japanese Pressings and if this box appears to be good, maybe I will get one, because it seem cheaper.

I am listening to the first LP at the moment!

First impression - very good !

Analog sounding, pressing is flat and quiet!

I hope the other LPs are as good as the first one....

Did anybody download the digital files?

Do you have any other pressings that you can compare them with?

I downloaded the digital files the other day. I compared them with the Apple lossless versions that I have of the Black Box CD's. I got rid of all of the Castle remasters once the Black Box came out only keeping a rip of the 1st album and Heaven and Hell. My earlier post said there is a touch more detail on vinyl. The same holds true for the downloads. It's not massive but a little more openness dependant on the album listened to.
So far I'm up to Sabbath Bloody Sabbath on vinyl. Like all of the previous pressings there is non fill throughout leading to a degree of crackling. A proper Spin Clean may alleviate this. Interestingly enough the label is not a faithful reproduction of the original WWA label. The flipping thing has the Sanctuary logo on it.

    No Original Pressings!......

I only have NEMS pressings (BS, Paranoid, Masters of Reality) and two Vertigo (TE, Sabotage).

For the debut i have a 160gr. Castle Communications with the 7 inch single to compare.

I have the Rhino CD Box and all Andy Pearce remasters.

I just compared the latest Deluxe Edition of the first album on CD with the new Vinyl Edition!

The winner was the new Vinyl pressing.

It has more bottomend and more air!

Paranoid is also killer on the new Vinyl Edition!

    Thanks for answering!

I will download the albums later!

I have to complain that the innersleeves are not fitted.....

Not fitted? Do you mean they are difficult to get out of the LP jackets?

I griped about the Sanctuary logo earlier. It's on every LP as is the Universal one both of them smal and relatively tasteful.

You think a run through your Spin Clean is gonna cure non-fill?

    oh, excuse my English.....

i meant the sleeves are only "paper wrap without inner ploy-lined sleeves"

The sleeves are a little frustrating. I have replaced them with poly lined ones.

How's the quality of the pressings for you? Every single LP has some crackle on mine.

overall i would say the pressing-quality is good (i just listened to the first three albums and the single so far).

only a few little crackles on my vinyl, not worth to mention!

is yours also manufactured by "gzvinyl".
