As one who enjoys sunshine pop, I was surprised to learn that the original Brady Bunch theme was performed by 'The Peppermint Trolley Company'. Harmonizing is a long-lost art form in pop music and this band was among the best!

I liked their version of the BB theme. I also like their 1968 song "Baby You Come Rolling Cross My Mind".

    Another favourite driving video -

South from Twin Falls, Idaho, then west across northern Nevada on "the loneliest road in America". On a nice unsettled day with intermittent showers and sunshine.

Here's one I found a few days ago and get a kick out of. I find it absolutely hilarious. The motorcyclist ... you have to see it.

This is about the funniest thing that I have ever seen......brothers convince sister that there is a Zombie apocalypse.
Everything she say`s is absolutely hilarious and quotable, the video has over 25 million views!

"No, leave the dog....he`s the worst!"
"Why are you putting garden equipment in the car, get me a knife?"
"Should we go to Costco?" ........."No, it`ll be a bloodbath in there!".

Nick Cave .....`Push the Sky Away` live ....
More a religious experience than a performance, and I defy anyone not to smile when he realizes that the two girls are behind him, and they all join in.

Old radio airchecks such as this.

It’s interesting that they used to play stuff like The Beach Boys, Toni Braxton, and Eric Clapton back in the day.

From the Rare Earth Channel. (Not the old band).

This guy's channel is pretty good. I like his videos, although they can be a little dark sometimes.

I like this video because it is uplifting. We need a good story these days. This is one.

Rich Evans, of RedLetterMedia "fame," calls the questions and comments phone number on the back of an ancient VHS tape named "Dog Sitter," meant to keep dogs entertained. There is reference to the beginning of this VHS tape, which carried a notice that it was impregnated with a special magnetic code that would destroy your VCR if you attempted to make an illegal copy of it.

The "Free" YouTube film selections are generally... poor. But I enjoyed watching Ralph Fiennes Coriolanus and flipped when I saw this one:

Ghost In The Shell (1995, Mamoru Oshii)

Keep bringing the classics, YouTube! And btw, get Premium if you're able. I don't work for them - but the $10 a month is worth no interruptions, no ads and free Google Music.
