It's the same rules as usual - vote for your least favourite song.

Question: If you could choose one song from each Beatle's solo career to be a Beatles song, what would they be?

    Results so far:
Round 1: Real Love, Free as a Bird
Round 2: If I Fell, And I Love Her
Round 3: I Want to Hold Your Hand, Please Please Me
Round 4: You Never Give Me Your Money, She Loves You
Round 5: I Saw Her Standing There, I Feel Fine
Round 6: Hey Jude, Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End
Round 7: Tomorrow Never Knows, Revolution
    Round 8: Rain, Paperback Writer
Round 9: We Can Work It Out, Ticket to Ride
Round 10: Dear Prudence, While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Round 11: Eleanor Rigby, Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)
Round 12: Help!, I Am the Walrus
    Round 13: A Hard Day's Night
    Round 14: Penny Lane

DQ: Interesting question, I'm going to try to keep it to pre 1973 songs
John: "Instant Karma" - It's a powerful song. I can imagine some Beatle harmonies at the chorus and an interesting bassline from Paul.

Paul: "Eat At Home" -I was going to pick "Maybe I'm Amazed" or "Uncle Albert", but those songs are great on their own. I chose "Eat At Home" instead because it's some of that 50's rock like and the Beatles already did something like that on "Birthday". It could be a song he and John could harmonize on.

George: "All Things Must Pass" - If George insisting they record this one, I think it would eventually get it's proper release. I can see a stripped down Beatles mix. Maybe something a little one rockish than some of their Get Back rehearsal run throughs of the song.

Ringo: "Photograph" - A wonderful song written by George and Ringo. Definitely a very strong song for Ringo to have a vocal on. Hopefully if this was a Beatles song, this won't be the first one to get voted off when we do polls around here.

Of the four listed, Strawberry Fields got
my vote, only because this stage finds me
at a loss and so I went with the one least
connected to memories of my early youth.

    Solo to Beatles :

George : Ballad of Sir Frankie Crisp
Paul : Man We Was Lonely
    Ringo : Photograph
    John : #9 Dream

It's a good song and all, but it should have been gone at least a half dozen rounds ago.

    DQ:
    John-Instant Karma
    Paul-Wanderlust
    George-All Things Must Pass
    Ringo-It Don't Come Easy

    Something.

ADITL better not lose... although, losing to the second best song of all time isn't that bad I guess.
