Indeed, Spanky & Our Gang were responsible for a couple of years of great music like this b-side I like as much as any of their most played songs.

Canadians who were actively listening in '67 will remember this hit -

:kilroy: Everybody knows "Baby Now That I Found You" and "Build Me Up Buttercup" but few people know that there was an even better single that came out in between the two of them that unfortunately, flopped:

Foundations / Any Old Time You're Lonely And Sad

Another Canadian gem, maybe the prettiest song ever from that country -

This was a much recorded P.F. Sloan tune, and this was unquestionably the definitive version:

:kilroy: One of the most complicated chord progressions ever waxed. If you're attempting to figure them out, I'll give you a hint. The song is in the key of B and yet it doesn't hit a B chord until the word "Sunshine" at the 18 second mark. Here it is in high-fidelity stereo:

The Rogues, "You Better Look Now", an excellent folk rock influenced song from 1966. One of my absolute faves in the style, with a great electric twelve-string sound.
