    no, just from the era.
reason why i included that was...your list is so unique, i was curious if you are from the same era or if your views are purely retrospective...?

I caught the tail end of the 80s Metal era. I was a kid in the 80s but was listening to Metal before I hit my teens. I heard of many bands from books and magazines that I never had a chance to hear their music back then. I also took chances and bought some stuff that looked interesting rather than stuff I heard on the radio. In the 90s there was a Metal show on Community radio that played some obscure stuff too. Then, for many years I did not have much access to any Metal I didn't own because it was more or less underground. I was busy listening to other types of Rock. Eventually I came back to Metal and realized there was so much I hadn't heard that might be good and didn't have access to before. Without the internet most of this stuff would have never been heard by me, so I'd say now is a better time than any to be a music fan.

    13. Vanexa (Savona,IT)- S/T (Disco In) Some sources say this came out in 1982, the year it was recorded. Other sources, including the band's Facebook page say 1983. There is also a 30th anniversary issue that says 1983 on the cover, so I'm going with 1983.
