Yeah, I worked on that film. The director told me that Ritter had some (ahem) bad habits at the time that made him a little hyper on the set, and it was a chore to get him to tone down his performance and go for something more subtle and heartfelt. He felt Ritter was too much of a broad "sitcom" guy and that drama was hard for him to handle. But he did pretty well in the role and it came out well in the end. Sharon Gless is always a class act, a total pro and a very nice person.

So I rented Letting Go, which is on Netflix on DVD.
Keanu Reeves is one of the teenagers who comes into his audiophile store and turns up the stereo.
Movie was decent.
