It dawns on me that every single lyric line of "From Me to You" could've been a title for further records.... There's "I'll Keep you Satisfied'. No doubt "I've Got Arms that long to hold you" must subconsciously fit with the short-lived 8 Arms to Hold You thing. Anything that you want...probably already a title. If there's anything I can do.....good title. Just Call on Me...worked for Chicago
According to a post on 45cat (see below) :- "It was recorded in West End Studios in London on the 1st of May 1963. Four songs were recorded at this session the other three songs Little Sandy / Walk Like An Angel and Town Crier were never released.The master tapes are lost. Johnny Tillotson attended the session and From Me To You was produced by Del." 1st May was a rare day off on his UK tour with Johnny Tillotson after appearing at London's Hammersmith Odeon on 30th April Del Shannon - From Me To You
