2 rare baseball kinescopes sold on Ebay

    And sports kinescope hoarder, Doak Ewing, didn't get either of them. One was an almost complete 1960 Yankees-Orioles game and the other, one of the 1962 all-star games. One went for over a thousand and the other for over $2K. Ewing, who has been holding on to things for decades, like game one of the 1955 World Series, tried to bull**** the seller by telling her he was the only one who had the rights to the material, etc. Thankfully, she just blew him off. To me,, any time something rare is kept out of his hands, its cause for celebration.
