Any duplication with sleeves from the 4-single vinyl box set from a few years ago?

    IMHO:
There are two points which are causing that I prefer 45s ahead to compilation LPs:

    1. Sound: The singles are spinning on 45rpm - comparing to 33rpm records the singles have got more punch and exceptionally more bass. If I want the best sound I play early pressings of the UK singles. As far as I know there is no Beatles track which sounds better on any 33rpm LP than on the 45rpm single. More punch, more bass, more clarity.

    2. Reception: If I spin the single on my turntable, I only got one track and not more. Every track stands for each own and is not watered-down by tracks before and after the track I want to hear. It's only one single solid-state track as intended by the fabs.

I really love single listening sessions at home where I play 45s the whole evening.

Idk if it's been stated already or not but is this gonna be in mono up until the Get Back single or all stereo remixes?

For me, these are very good points. But I can understand if people don't mind about 7" singles. It's up to everyone.

I hope not. Some of these look really cheesy. I don't think MC was indicating actual covers to be used, just teasing possibilities. What I hope is that the new singles will have completely new designs, using new or rare period specific photos but with a common graphic style. I'd also expect coloured vinyl.

No. MC is showing some of the actual covers that will be reproduced.
He doesn't waste our time here.

Notice the extra white space under Paul's head, marking where his head would later be (Billy) sheared off. The red puddle surrounding the truncated noggin needs no explanation.

Notice, too, that next to Paul & John's pictures are the letters "LES." Any early 1960s rock fan would immediately think "Les Paul." And any British mathematician knows that "Less Paul" means "Minus Paul."

And who was Les Paul's partner? Mary Ford. To marry a Ford is to intermingle parts of oneself with parts of an automobile. He blew his mind out in a car. Stupid bloody Tuesday.

A paper sleeve, no less, the paper doubtless milled from Norwegian wood. Isn't it good? "Good" = "True," meaning that the clues on the picture sleeve are to be interpreted as LITERAL and INFALLIBLE.

Even this early, they were PLANTING CLUES.

Well, I'm excited about all the cool looking international sleeves, but I was hoping for the Capitol sleeve for 'Can't Buy Me Love' because of the scarcity of the original.

Alright. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and ask this because I don't think anyone else has yet....

Who the **** is Marc Mann?

Edit: Nevermind, I can see who Marc Mann is from Wikipedia. But... when did he mix Real Love and why?

I believe that Marc Mann did the original mix for "Real Love " in the 1990s.
