What are some of your favourite 60s covers of Beatles’ song. The only requirement for this thread is the cover version must have been released in the 1960s.

I always like Billy J Kramer’s version of I Call Your Name..which I believe was actually released before the Beatles’ version.

I love David & Jonathan. They covered "She's Leaving Home" too with arrangements by George Martin.

If Lennon and McCartney wrote this for the Stones, is this technically a cover?

Lennon and McCartney produced it, and I think I remember that McCartney played the guitar and Harrison kept time by tapping his guitar and also playing the tambourine.

Lowell Fulson doing "Why Don't We Do It in the Road". Better than the original, I think:

Lennon produced, McCartney played guitar, Harrison played tambourine. What was Ringo doing that day?
