I don't like remakes, but I like Gaga. I might even pony up for Redbox to see this.

She just might be able to make this work.

Not gonna go, but if they ever remake Valley Of The Dolls with Madonna as Helen Lawson, Miley Cyrus as Neely O'Hara, and Taylor Swift as Anne Welles, I'm there.

PS. Bieber could play Tony Polar.

While I don't like Gaga music, she does have talent. Yes, this could work, but I doubt I'd go see it just cause her sound ain't my thang.

She can definitely make this work. I'd been hoping she would make a move into musical theater ("Funny Girl" would be perfect for her) but this could be a good first step.

  14. The good news is, next time it'll be 60 years before they remake it again!

Honestly, how long until new versions of "Intolerance", "Birth of a Nation" and "The Great Train Robbery" are released?

Gaga is a good artist visually and musically but I find her fairly average looking. Does she have acting skills? (I really don't know.)

Since it seems that at least 75% of all new movies are based upon:
    Comic Books
    Theatrical Plays
    ... Why not ?

Those of us that recall seeing the previous versions are not the target demographic audience.
