I’m sending one back to Amazon because the first 17 pages of the book had bent corners. Keep an eye out!

I bought Abbey Road 50 years ago in high school and I still have it.

 

I’m a brick and mortar shop guy, so usually I do the same as you. I went the Amazon way to secure the preorder price (€81.99). The original Optimal shipping box was boxed in a bigger Amazon box, it arrived in perfect condition.
The vinyl box is scheduled on Oct. 2.

 

My amazon.fr package with the 3CD/1BD and the 3LP boxes shipped today!
Meanwhile I'm enjoying the 2CD version I bought at B&N.
And my copy of the new Bruce Spizer AR book arrived today!

it may be known to everyone already but have not seen it mentioned in this thread so wanted to call out that there is a hidden video on the Blu-Ray Track 2 - "Something". Control Pad to the right when this track is highlighted will access the video version of the track.
