Thanks for posting that video! It's made my day. I think for a guy in his 70s who's presumably out of practice, he did just fine. And indeed, he seems to get better as the song goes on. Good stuff, it's made me smile.
What vinyl version would you recommend? Is the standard black version the way to go? Sorry I’m sure it has been mentioned but I haven’t got time to read 51 pages.
I have the Target Black Vinyl with Exclusive T-shirt. I have nothing to compare it to but I’m happy with it. The Tee is One size and too big for me.. oh well.
Very quiet on the tour side of things. Brian did one song with Foo Fighters in 2021 is about it after the album promo. Australia civil unrest and covid seems to have cleared up enough for acts to tour.
6 months of riots I was live streaming video. Plus issues getting in/out of the country for ACDC members scattered around the globe.
Anyone have anything to add on the June 11th Vancouver tour date? Almost certainly a summer tour that fell through for any one of a dozen reasons. Picked up some little Vancouver booklet for parents suggesting activities for kids this summer. Included the minor league baseball Canadians schedule. Information would pre-date the 2023 Rage bump that was announced on Feb 22nd 2022. Thorogood also bumped to 2023 months ago. 2nd shows for Russell Peters/Avril/OLP/Tori Amos/Jann Arden were never announced. Touring in 2022 and ticket demand in 2022 is a very fluid thing. AC/DC were probably BC Place Stadium, their 4th time there, if the show had any kind of "Farewell" or "Back in Black in Full 42nd anniversary" angle. Maria Bamford is part of "Just For Laughs" Comedy Festival instead of OMD.
Well I don't want to get into Covid and politics etc but no, there was not "6 months of riots", however thanks for your concern
May 19 ...... today is Phil Rudd's 68th birthday. also, here is Brian on the ROCKONTEURS podcast (Gary Kemp & Guy Pratt of Nick Mason's band) ..... a good conversation. apologies if already posted here, this was sometime about a year ago 2021
btw whats the date or year the live version of "you shook me all night long" on the private parts soundtrack is from?
Has anyone compared the Ryan K Smith cut vs Mark Santangelo? I noticed the copy I opened was cut by Mark but I have a sealed copy of the yellow vinyl which was cut by Ryan. I know Ryan does great work so I'm wondering if I should open it.
