Tom Cruise jumping from one building rooftop to another during filming Mission Impossible the last film. Not sure on what injuries he sustained, but it had to hurt.

This one is so interesting. I had no idea about all this until I watched that doc on Quentin. Uma got screwed over big time. Another reason to hate Weinstein.

1920s child actress Baby Peggy Montgomery (Diana Serra Cary...101 years young) talks about how her father Jack (a former cowboy who with his companions ended up as extras in a lot of westerns) was injured in Cecil B DeMille’s 1935 “The Crusades”. DeMille wasn’t too concerned with safety and Jack tried to organize a stampede to get even with DeMille

Dick York had a back injury on “They came to Cordoba” which several years later severely impacted his career.

Roy Kinnear -- known from Help! and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory -- fell off a horse and broke his pelvis during the making of The Return of The Musketeers in 1988. He died of a heart attack in the hospital the next day.

  13. Jerry Lewis in Cinderfella. He ran up that big flight of stairs and had a heart attack as soon they cut the scene.

I wasn't aware he had died.
He was great in ' Help ' as the bumbling fumbling assistant to the scientist.who wanted Ringo's ring so badly because : " With a ring like that I could --dare I say it it?--- rule the world.!"
In a totally grittier role , Kinnear was very good in the Sean Connery war movie ' The Hill '

I always felt bad for Michael Massee. It wasn’t really his fault but it really tortured him for the rest of his life. And of course almost every headline after he died brings that up.

that was inexcusable...seriously, when one uses firearms in a movie there no room for mistakes...NONE!...the outcome is always bad...utter pure neglect.
