Adventures in Ambisonics, part II

I don't think I ever got to publish part I, at least here in the forums, though...

I'm processing "Stereotomy", by The Alan Parsons Project, which came in Ambisonics, onto a 5 channel surround file.

Ambisonics was a very neat technology, that, I feel, it's still valid:

I've already decoded this album once, and it was absolutely stunning... Ambisonics provides a very stable surroundfield with unlimited channels of sound derived from 2 channels... and it's not a matrix based system!

I'll see how it goes.. supposedly, the software I'm using is way better than the one I used 2 or 3 years ago...
