Advice on Zappa Hammersmith Odeon

I am looking at buying the Frank Zappa 3 x CD set Hammersmith Odeon VR 20101

All of the used ones I see on Discogs and eBay are listed at ~$80. Then I see new ones popping up for $28 from the same seller on both eBay and Amazon. They are the only seller that seems to have them in stock new.

Is there a way to verify this is still made new? Wasn't sure if it was a limited edition or OOP, but it just seems weird to me that all used ones are going for a steep price and then the new ones pop up for way less. I just don't want to end up with a fake.
