I’ve been a fan of Cheap Trick since ‘77 and have bought much of their catalog and seen them live several times through the years but I have never heard their 1990 album, “Busted”, with the exception of 2 songs from it. I think they lost me with their ‘86 release “The Doctor” but then I started listening again with 1997’s “Cheap Trick”.

Is there an album by an all-time favorite artist or band you’ve never even heard?

I've only heard a few snippets of Francesco Zappa by Frank Zappa.

I'm a big REM fan, but I've only heard the odd track from their live albums. I've never been a big fan of live albums and often don't bother with them, even from my favorite artists.

While I’ve owned both for years now, I’ve yet to sit down and listen to Paul Simon’s “Concert In The Park” and Simon & Garfunkel’s “Old Friends: Live On Stage”.

I've never heard Ramones' "Mondo Bizarro" or "Adios Amigos!".

Mondo is a must. Adios has its moments. If you love The Ramones why not? At the time I felt Mondo Bizarro was a return to form. The Joey songs are great. "Tomorrow She Goes Away" is a lost classic. It should have been the single.

Spanky and Our Gang - Change
Harpers Bizarre - As Time Goes By
Love Generation - Montage - which i'm listening to as I type this. I have avoided it 'til now because it was made after the Bahler brothers fired the rest of the group (without telling them) and recorded it without them. But it has some pretty good stuff, which makes it more a shame imo that others weren't on it.

That’s the only Love Generation album I’ve heard, I can’t find the rest on YouTube like I did that one

I've never found Big Big Train's Bard album.

I completely missed the release of Show Of Hands' Covers 2 CD and now it seems impossible to get hold of.

I’ve never heard some of the 80s Sparks albums. The last one I bought back then was “In Outer Space” and that was it until “ Gratuitous Sax”

Saying that, I’ve not heard Hippopotamus either. Couldn’t bear the singles so never bothered.

Never heard The Moviegoer by Scott Walker.

Seems like every copy I saw of that album for some time was trashed, finally found a decent one a few years back. Good record.

Adore Can's first five or so albums, but never heard anything after Soon Over Babaluma.

Only heard two or three of Little Feat's post-Lowell albums.

Haven't heard most of the Dylan albums discussed in that recent thread about whether they were worth getting.

Never heard Joni's Mingus, or anything after Turbulent Indigo.

Me neither - or 'Til The Band Comes In. Or any of his early 70s albums for that matter.

For the most part TTBCI is very good. It fizzles out towards the end, I think, but the front end is very good. Certainly worth checking out.

Side one is very good. Side two suffers in comparison. A bit of a letdown compared to what came before and what comes next

The Beach Boys - Surfin' USA. I've heard the popular tracks from it as singles but not the deeper cuts.
The Velvet Underground - Squeeze. It's not a Velvets album to me so I refuse.
    The Who - Quadrophenia
The 13th Floor Elevators - Bull of the woods (It's on my to listen to list)
Pink Floyd - All albums between Saucerful and Dark Side, and The Wall forward.
