Album/Song threads - Bands/Music to explore - Ref. guides

Often folks say they haven't heard or want to check out a band/artist, and the best way to do that is to jump on in and have a listen.
A lot of these artists are well known, but not necessarily to everybody, and not necessarily all the music/albums.
So I thought it would be cool to post this stuff here, as a spot for folks who may be interested to browse the reference guides for stuff they would like to hear.
Generally there are a lot of very well informed people posting, so if the band takes your fancy, you can learn about them as well.

I really enjoy doing these threads, because I learn a lot, and get closer to the music, particularly when it is reasonably new to me.

Sometimes youtube deletes links, unfortunately I can't do anything about that.

Often fans keep chatting about the band and albums after the basic run through is done.

Yea, I have several on mind.
I'm pacing myself though. Last year I just went stupid, and did too many.
This year I allowed myself space to try and do a better job.

Idk, the Kinks is going to be a journey, as is Bob Seger, so when they start winding up, I'll need to revisit my thoughts... if it was right now, it would likely be the first two up there.
