I’ve always loved Hawks and Doves. And my original has such amazingly good sound...I don’t see buying the NYA of this one when it’s that good.

And that Van is one of my faves, too! You need to give this one a spin!

I just bought a used copy for 3 bucks, to complete the collection up to Blood and Chocolate. I had low expectations.

Okay, why is this not appreciated? I really like it. I mean, really like it!

Neil Young | Hawks & Doves

It followed Rust Never Sleeps and Live Rust, so it's jarring in its quietness. I like it quite a lot!

I'd argue all of these are considered top 5 for many people.

I always see "Crime Of The Century" and "Breakfast In America" mentioned. And "Even In The Quietest Moments" sometimes.

As for Genesis, it's always "Foxtrot", "Selling England" and "Lamb Lies Down"; and for Kraftwerk it's always "Autobahn", "Trans Europe Express" and "Computer World".

Hope I'm wrong and it's beginning to change.

I’m not a fan of Van Morrison’s voice and vocal style. Hence my favourite Van album, and the only one I own, is Inarticulate Speech of the Heart.

A lot of people quite like Ralf und Florian, and many would swap Computer World for The Man Machine

Likewise, for Genesis that never has a consensus after posting here...

Well, if you take the band's top period, you have five records starting with Autobahn then Computer Welt

I've noticed many who tend to prefer that one over Radioaktivitat in the time that finding it wasn't halfway impossible.
