For a few shows only. So the usual hits + The Dirt. Don't expect any surprises.

He sure says lots of things. I remember: "That's one thing they'll never get out of us: we'll never water ourselves down. I mean, we'd rather just break up than be bland". Yet...:shake:

So it's like a contest. You won't know if you're one of the lucky fans who bought a ticket to a show where they don't play that song until you're there.

Ha! Motley’s attempt to be like Pearl Jam changing up the set lists throughout the tour ;)
I would think that song or another new one would be a staple for this tour?

If any of these bands on the bill actually pulled out 1 -2 old deep cuts it would be huge for fans.. sadly they won’t.

Revised lyrics for the Dirt we will get

    [Verse 1: Vince Neil]
    The sex, cash, fame
Livin out a life can't deny
    The drugs, lies, pain
    never get enough to satisfy

    [Pre-Chorus: Vince Neil]
never found a way break us down
why still around (VINCE NEIL CAT SCREAM)

    [Chorus: Vince Neil]
Gimme THE dirt, gimme the DIRT
    gimme what I want hurts
gimme the dirt, gimme the dirt
take it to top watch it burn

    [Verse 2: Vince Neil]
    The fight, hate, game
    Not afraid stab behind
    years, the months, the days
    Never gave a **** time

    [Pre-Chorus: Vince Neil]
never found a way break us down
    why we're still around

    [Chorus: Vince Neil]
    Gimme dirt, just gimme dirt
gimme what I want 'til it hurts
gimme the dirt, gimme the dirt
take to the top and watch it burn, (vince neil cat scream)

    [Verse 3: Machine Gun Kelly]
More sex, more tats, more blood, more pain
More threats, more theft, torn jeans, cocaine
Midnight ride down the Sunset Strip
New bike with the plate, read the 666
Give me more sex, more tats, more blood, more pain
More threats, more theft, torn jeans, cocaine
More pretty strippers with the big red lips
Making big tips, showing off their nice big tits, ha

    [Chorus: Vince Neil]
    Gimme dirt, gimme the dirt
gimme what I want ' hurts
Gimme the dirt, gimme the dirt
gimme what I want 'til it hurts
gimme the dirt, gimme the dirt
take to the top watch it burn

    [Outro: Machine Gun Kelly]
Give me more sex, more tats, more blood, more pain
More threats, more theft, torn jeans, cocaine
More pretty strippers with the big red lips
Making big tips, showing off their nice big tits, ha

Def Leppard will have a new "Early Years" box set to promote. So, they actually could break out some early album cuts. I would love to hear "Sorrow Is A Woman" and "Another Hit N' Run".

The Early Years 79-81’ Boxset – Available 20 March 2020 | Def Leppard

I’ve seen this! Was on the verge of pulling the trigger on preorder a while back.. but I thought I shouldn’t. You just reminded me how great this set looks!

Hane any of these songs been in the set list over the recent years?

    Let It Go
Mirror Mirror (Look Into My Eyes)
    Bringing On the Heartbreak
    Switch 625
    Wasted
    High And Dry (Saturday Night)

All have been played in the last 5 years and during the Vegas residency in 2013 they also played Rock Brigade, Good Morning Freedom, Another Hit And Run, On Through The Night.

So I'd say you could expect well let's hope maybe 1-2-3 of those depending on the show. They will most probably play Bringing On The Heartbreak and Switch 625 then maybe rotate another one from the early years...

They should have a better setlist than Mötley Crüe but you never know with those kind of tours.

Do they think all the fast, crazy cuts and crap all over the screen will keep us from realizing that Vince barely moves?

Yes - lots of lights/lasers/explosions/hydraulics/hot back up singers whatever it takes to distract & entertain.

Yes, As well as distracting from those pesky live parody videos with Vince butchering the lyrics extremely well to this song in particular

I had to go search and see what parody videos you were talking about. I've never seen this before but just laughed out loud for a minute and a half. My dog thought I was losing it. I didn't know it had gotten this bad. Damn, Vince.

When do you think Mick's solo album will be released?

Do you think Mick's solo album will be released in April of 2020(as he said)?

Do you think Mick's solo album will be released before the tour begins (June 18, 2020)?

Do you think Mick's solo album will be released before the tour ends (September 5, 2020)?

Just realized this year will be the 12 year anniversary of SOLA being released

which is a longer span than the 97 release of Generation Swine to 2008 SOLA

That's a huge disappointment. He's a two bit nondescript jobbing club singer at best with zero vocal personality. Id still rather listen to Vince on bad night.

On a plus side Michael Wagener, engineer from Too fast For Love is involved, and Micks guitar sound amazing on that, so there is hope.

...and since John Corabi has quit the Dead Daisies, hopefully we will get a solo album from him soon enough.
