Not really, that entire pile was under $500 "Worth".. Some real bargains to be had.

The more exxy$$$ ones are coming from Amazon US. Got myself the Lindsay Buckingham 6 LP set for only $65 landed.... Insane huh.

Well the Guns N Roses shop were selling these off for just under $50 USD delivered to Australia last year so I'm guessing many who want this already have it?

It is good value at that price if you missed last years sale.

Yes, a bunch of us got this very cheap last year but there a few guys who weren't around then so this is for them.

But then there's things like the Kinks Arthur boxset - released Oct '19, never available on Amazon Au, still not available, even through Amazon US. Amazon Au only has it available from third-party sellers, so you may as well use Ebay, or better still, Import CDs.

With 635 comments, this is one of those lump-all-comments-about-the-same-album-together situations.

I'm confident we'll get what is pictured (stereo and mono SACDs).

Amazon AU has the barcode as 4988031306925.
Discogs confirms that it's the Japanes SACD release: The Rolling Stones - Beggars Banquet

the link is this one which seems unclear? https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07JYQNHV7/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ANEGB3WVEVKZB&psc=1
they also have this link which seems more clear? https://www.amazon.com.au/Rolling-S...QUET:+50TH+sacd&qid=1580260717&s=music&sr=1-1

Are we really sure the first link IS the SACD?

They look to be exactly the same thing.

If it's not 2xSACDs that I receive, it will be going straight back.

The discs in the first link do not have the SACD emblem on and look different from the second picture! I realise the packaging does indicate SACD, however, this is Amazon so.....?

I don't think I'll risk it. Please let us know if you receive the CD or SACD version and I will make a call. Thank you

I bought this from them and had two CD's sent before I gave up https://www.amazon.com.au/MORE-ROCK...tones+hot+rocks&qid=1580261993&s=music&sr=1-2

In the first link, which is the one I posted, the barcode is 4988031306925. Discogs says Japanese SACD.
In the second link, the barcode is 018771849827, which is not on Discogs, but on eBay it comes up as the same release for RSD. If you actually examine one of the images, it looks like the japanese barcode has been covered by this 018771849827 barcode.
So they are probably the same product, just barcoded different for different territories.
But like Swifty says, if it's not the product, it can go straight back.

The Japanese SACD will be correct as they are still in print. The US SACDs listed on Amazon are mislabelled & are actually DSD-mastered CDs; those SACDs are long out of print.
