It also seems that only select items are available, eg. one day I would like to get the remix on CD of Freddie Mercury's Mr Bad Guy that has never been available in Australia but it is in the UK, but Amazon UK still doesn't come up as an option on the page, although I suspect that that is what the cheapest displayed price is, the one that doesn't exist when you click on the buying options!

 

Same for Europe only 3d Blu rays.

 

I suspect it may be a glitch.
The same thing happed to me with some items from the US global store.
I left them in my cart and they eventually changed to free Prime shipping.

 

Further to this issue, some items from the UK global store that I placed in my cart a few hours ago that weren’t offering Prime free shipping have since changed and are now offering it!

They seem to put them up and then switch them to Prime within about 24 hours. The selection is building every day. I wish they'd add preorders as well. Amazon UK is also now selectable from the main search page in the list of vendor search results. There is a ton of cheaper stuff available and it's hard to know where to start. If you're a fan of Siouxsie, Eurythmics, Siouxsie, Slits, XTC, Bowie, etc the selection of stuff available has now broadly expanded - most at very attractive prices.
