Yep, Taylor wrote it, although that has been disputed over the years, legend has it that an early edition of the Beatles were doing a live version of it in 1960. Bowie is also supposed to have based his Ziggy Stardust character on Taylor , not Iggy Pop as many people assume.

Damn. My copy arrived the other day. It's sealed but a corner appears to have been eaten by a small rodent (possibly a mouse). I've had them smashed, torn, squashed, cut, opened, used etc, but never chewed by vermin. Got a full returnless refund. Still, leaves a strange taste in the mouth (mine and probably the mouse's).
You would have thought the picker would have noticed a chewed corner, but if they are under pressure to fill orders within a certain time - these things happen
