Half way through listening to it and all I can say is that for $2 a CD , it is well worth the money. There is some nice live Flying Burrito Brothers stuff and a live Byrds disc from 1968 - all from radio broadcasts. There are two live "tribute" CDs which I have not as yet played, the date of these recording range from 1968-1995. There is a CD of Parsons' roots ( not Emmylou Harris!): Lefty Frizell, Ray Price, Hank Snow, Buck Owens etc.

Sound quality on the live CDs is OK, I 've got Velvet Underground boots that are much worse!

Packaging is a bit dodgy and there are very strange liner notes that talk about cubes of ice and ODs , but what do you expect for $14.

I'm not a big Gram Parsons fan, always thought he was a bit overrated, but I am finding this an interesting package .
