Thanks!! I was waiting to buy this once it got to $70 as that’s the price I paid for the equivalent 1999 set. Even if it gets cheaper I feel $70 is a fair price for a 4 disc set.
Mind u the super deluxe CD set is better value…but I doubt I would give the bonus material a second listen. And vinyl is more fun …for me anyways.

 

A lot of the bonus material is fantastic, so get both.

 

I ordered Presence and In Through The Out Door via the JB website (I bought Coda in person at Adelaide City Store). Package arrived yesterday.
Both were thrown into the shipping box, with only some scranched up paper on top (much like Amazon these days). They used to do nice bubble wrap in the past, but I guess they can't be bothered anymore.
On top of that, the In Through The Out Door was not only without shrink wrap, it had dents all over it. Not only corner dents from poor packaging but also dents and scratches all over the box. It certainly looks like its been used before.
I don't really get it. When putting into the shipping box can't they see that it's not new? Can't they see its banged up and the customer won't be happy?
Needless to say I'm very disapointed with the service.
I know I can take it back to a store for a return, but that's not the point. They should take better care of their customers, especially with Amazon breathing down their necks.
I've written them an email with photos of the damage. I'm guessing they will direct me to a store to return it for a refund. Wonder if they will reorder it for me and let me throw this one out? I very much doubt that.
When I take it back and some spotty faced teenager tells me that they can't accept it because its been opened and damaged, I'll be livid though.

And then, like Amazon, they'll possibly try selling it to someone else, hoping that they won't care enough to return it - it's very annoying!

 

It’s likely that copy has already been sent out & returned several times. No one cares anymore.
