Great double CD of John Blair material for $20 from Aust. Amazon, on the Bear Family label. Surf music hounds out there would know him from the legendary Jon & The Nightriders from the early 1980s. Their LP, Surf Beat '80, has one of my favorite LP covers.

Got this in the mail today.... and it sucks! The vinyl is grey and mottled but the sound is OK, however the music is dreadful. If it wasn't Dylan, you would think it was your drunk, weirdo Uncle singing at the family Christmas party. It doesn't help that I hate crooners, should have read the reviews!

Lesson #221 - don't buy records just because they are cheap. Worst song? Tough decision - perhaps Stormy Weather, I song I never really liked but has been cranked up to Hate level thanks to Bob.

 

I like it. I've played it a lot more than Rough and Rowdy Ways.

 

One of the few Dylan albums I've had zero interest in.

 

Yep, I agree, and I like Sinatra. But if I want to listen to Sinatra, then I'll put on some Sinatra.

Don't worry, I paid $90 for mine when it first came out.

 

I don't feel so bad now, I've just put on Highway 61 Revisited , to try and purge my ears of Triplicate

 

This isn’t an Amazon purchase but Warner Music Australia has the latest Ann Wilson album on vinyl for only $20(same price for the CD). Fantastic album!
