Great little LP - been at this price though (sub $25) on Amazon for close to 3 years now.
It sometimes dips below $20 too.

I heard that…but decided to add it to the collection anyways at that price. Sometimes collecting results in shady decisions and acquisitions

My Aretha blu ray is supposed to arrive today. It's had more arrival dates than the Titanic.

Agree, but still reckon it's way better than its predecessor, Party.

They've recently reissued the Daft Punk catalogue. But when they announced they were ending the band about 18 months ago the vinyl prices went crazy. I sold my Alive box set and a single LP of Random Access Memories for a very decent amount.

Valid point! This morning I played my copy of Zombie Birdhouse, - probably for the first time since I bought it in 1982, it is even worse than I remembered it!

Party is bad, most of the songs are dreadful (Rock and Roll Party could be the worst) but I like Pumping For Jill and it has a just tolerable version Sea Of Love, so Party gets my vote for Best Of The Worst - but it is a tough call!

Either Boyce to Hart produced Party. It was a calculated move

Has anyone gone down the ultrasonic record cleaner path? I've got a lot of records that need a good clean before I sell them.

My local record store guy swears by them, but at $700 - $800; that's a lot of vinyl/CDs I could buy instead!

    Me.
I have the Humminguru - bought locally (with Warranty), for half what you are quoting.
I won't spoil this thread going off on a tangent about it, but if you want, PM for more.

I have 2 friends with one - both are 100% satisfied with them and Ive have LP's cleaned with them and it is literally day and night difference

the process works and the finished clean is amazing

Both just bought a ultrasonic bath and a separate rotating holder
