Another Accessories4Less mess

Hi, I am new to the forum. I saw an older post regarding Accessories4Less and decided to start one to let you all know my issues with them.

I had bought a Denon refurb from them in March, started having issues with the picture dropping out. I contacted them about a return/replace and they refused, stating my HDMI cables are bad and to change them (which I had already tried).

The person writing to is being very rude and condescending.

Just wanted to post my 2 cents

 

I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable with buying from them because they seem more like a refurbished high-end poser kind of company with very limited selection. Sorry you had hassles and welcome aboard David.
