The seller does state this, which is probably more like it:

Of course the first thing that every collector wants is a record that's been under insulation for 31 years.

As funny as this listing is, the funniest part is in the description, which lists the size of the record as 10 inches! A ten inch ABC LP from 1975? That is a rare one!

Either that or 10 inches is all that's left of the record after being in the attic with the insulation...

I think we should feed his delusion by spamming his eBay mail with interested sounding legit questions. That would get him all excited, needlessly.

What kind of a dweeb calls a record company to inquire about an LP.

I think there is a certain type of person that thinks there so many rubes and suckers out there that he might just catch one with a listing like this on the Internet. Either that or we're talking mental deficiency. Might be the same thing. The decimal point needs to be moved left three or four places.

I find it fascinating that the seller felt it was necessary to tell us that the LP was found in an attic, as if that somehow proves its rarity.

I haven't looked lately, but what's the listing fee on $15,000?

I've forgotten who said it, but "there's a sucker born every minute... and one to take him."

That seller must be nuts! Who in their right mind would be willing to part with a rare BOBBY VINTON record for only $15,000?

And beside that, let's SEE him try to call ABC/Paramount records today!

Let's bombard with questions, or comments. Such as, "I see this thing all the time in the thrift shops for $1. Dude, go buy up every one you find! You'll make a fortune!" :D

I set my sniping program at $75,000 - do you think that'll be okay, or should I increase my maximum snipe bid?
