I think many have had bad experiences with them (like most retail “arms” of the label), but they can be significantly cheaper. I’ve saved many bucks ordering from them. COVID hit them hard, I think, and I’m hoping by this summer, they be back to being 95% reliable again.
They have significantly reduced their online inventory recently. If I had to hazard a guess they had very few staff deployed towards this branch of their business and are likely overwhelmed if order volume is high.
I'm still waiting on an order placed last August...yes, August. The titles don't even appear on their site anymore, so I don't know why they just don't cancel the order! At least they don't take money from you before they ship.

Always like to check there for stuff that is either sold out on the US side or sometimes import releases that never make it down here. I already noticed that they still have the What’s Going On 50th anniversary LP in stock; they didn’t even fill all the preorders on that one from the US Universal site.
Also genuinely shocked that this is still in stock there: The Jam Live at Reading 1979. Shop | MusicVaultz
Was DEFINITELY not expecting to see this still there either: The Beatles In Mono (13 CD Boxed Set) A bunch of other solo Beatles deluxe things there too: the giant Uber Deluxe All Things Must Pass, a bunch of the McCartney Super Deluxe editions.
I bought 3 Beatles LPs right after Christmas and they all came in one shipment by early January. However I have also had “in stock” items sit on order for months upon months in the past before they cancel them as unavailable. I am inclined to think that’s what would happen with items like the Beatles mono CD box still showing as “in stock.” Generally speaking, MusicVaultz was much better before the pandemic (free shipping used to kick in at $50 as well, rather than $100).
Yeah, I haven’t ordered from them since last summer, but that order came in about 5 weeks or so. I tend to think it even took that long because of the clusterf*%# that is international shipping these days. They got it out the door fairly quickly.
