If you like music like Chris Watson, worth to check out Carlo Giustini's music! Beautiful music made with tape recordings and interesting concepts too! Carlo Giustini - Custodi Or into immersive Ambient album here: Andrea Porcu (Music For Sleep) (All the digital discography is pretty amazing!)
Steve Roach & Vidna Obmana - Ascension Of Shadows -- I got this 3xCD box set back in day. Lubberly long-form ambient. Now it's a "name yer price" download from Bandcamp. --Geoff
The Green Kingdom - Expanses / Remixes - the original Expanses album plus remixes from the likes of Hotel Neon, Warmth, Roel Funcken, etc. The original album was described by the artist as "my homage to classic ambient and ambient techno albums of the past, albeit passed through the filter of dusty samples from old vinyl and classical records, the odd guitar melody, electronics and some soft rhythmic pulses", if yer wandering how it sounds. "Name Yer Price" lossless download from Bandcamp. --Geoff
Sleep by Max Richter should exceed any expectations for a work in that regard. Go for the full 8 hour version.
Finally got around to buying and listening to the 24/96 version of Robert Rich's latest, 'Tactile Ground'. It's ab fab! Tactile Ground - 24 bit 96 kHz, by Robert Rich
Slow Meadow - Happy Occident -- An intricate mix of strings and electronics. On the label run by Hammock, so there's a similar aesthetic of delicate yet uplifting music. "Name Yer Price" lossless download from Bandcamp. --Geoff
Black Elk Quartet - Sparks -- mostly piano and strings, but with some dischordant electronics and crackly found sounds for interest. Just the thing for late at night. One of the many albums from the prolific Ian Hawgood (and friends). "Name Yer Price" lossless download from Bandcamp. --Geoff
I picked up that Shamen - Arbor Bona Arbor Mala CD a few weeks back ... I think it's great for the most part but it does seem a bit skippable towards the end ... which I guess is why the youtube clip above is only the first 40 minutes of a 70 minute album --Geoff
Worth to check out this album! Carlo Giustini - Custodi LP and worth a lot of attention also the label who released this album Lontano Series
Various Artists - tʌntrə & tʌntrə II -- two compilations from the Neotantra label, focusing on experimental layers of sound, from the likes of Milieu, Will Bolton, Off Land, etc. The second is more expansive and varied than the first, but both are interesting listens, and "Name Yer Price" for a limited time from Bandcamp. --Geoff
Jeff Pearce - Evening Clouds -- a 53 min work of swelling guitar effects. "Name Yer Price" lossless download from Bandcamp for a very limited time. --Geoff
Earlyguard - Simplicity -- here's one released today, reminds me very much of some of the works of Arvo Pärt (such as Für Alina and Spiegel Im Spiegal) with its treated minimal piano motifs. "Name Yer Price" lossless download from Bandcamp. --Geoff

Music For Sleep - Opere Sole (Music For FM Synthesizer and Tape) this album reminds me some of the early Terry Riley works
