    Michel Redolfi - Detours. It's a compilation, but it's a nice one!

Someone might like this of mine, finished yesterday. Mostly treated live guitar... a “guitarscape”? And a keyboard and a pebble. In two halves, one slightly darker than the other.

He's done a lot of great work. Surgery of Touch and Rapture of Metals are two more great ones. Much of his OOP work is also available on Bandcamp. I have some albums by him on CD as well.

Ishqamatics - Waterbound -- a 2+ hour collection of tracks and remixes from Ishq and Metamatics, with the trademark lush pads, samples, sparkles, and dubby bits expected from both artists. "Name Yer Price" lossless download from Bandcamp for the next day or so.

That's my fave Ishqamatics release, great stuff.

Do you guys all have Bandcamp collection links? I've found loads of good stuff that way, by following people, so thought it might be cool to post our collection links here, to follow each other. I haven't started a new thread cos if we keep it here it's most likely to be other ambient lovers. Maybe just add it to your next post in the thread? Here's mine:

I'll follow anyone back that follows me. If it's a terrible idea then please just ignore.

I listened to the new Robert Rich the other day, but wasn't a fan, prefer his modular based stuff (like Bestiary) more.

I created a David Sylvian playlist which I think has merit, though voices do appear on some tracks, such as the magnificent "Maria" -

Same here ... I liked Earthbound and Spacebound well-enough, but Waterbound is another level betterer.

Diff'rent strokes, etc. I think my fave Robert Rich albums would be Trances/Drones and Yearning. The former is kinda self-explanatory, the latter kinda reminds me a bit of Dead Can Dance.

My reissue Colourform vinyl just showed up today, so I now have three copies: one well played I bought when it came out, one NOS unplayed (Bobby had a few copies left over a few years ago), and now the new version unplayed (Bobby reckons it sounds even better than the original issue). One of my fave albums of all time. If people in the thread are prepared to accept drums then I think it can be classified as Ambient Techno, and is the best ever example, IMO.

The recent Preform album of early tracks from around the same time is great too. I first got turned on to them with the Speedlearn 12", which I bought when it came out and still have.

It's my most used album for testing sound systems, the bass extension on some tracks is incredible, and the recordings are all very, very clean.

Ishqmatics - Elements -- I mentioned the Ishqmatics album Waterbound above, and for today only you can get all 5 Ishqmatics albums (8 CDs worth) from Bandcamp for £5. Mostly ambient, with some beats in here and there. Bargain.
