Any 'Pink Panther' experts here?

Anyone know which Pink Panther movie this scene was in?

Scene is the Inspector getting out of a cab in front of a hotel lobby. It is very windy and rainy and when he opens his umbrella, he is suddenly blown down the street.

 

Is this a Peter Sellers Pink Panther movie you are talking about? It doesnt come to mind, but try the first Panther movie, aptly called, The Pink Panther. There was a scene in ...Strikes Again where he floats out a window because of the helium hump he is wearing and there is a scene in Shot in The Dark where he falls in the fountain when he gets out of the car, but I dont remember seeing him blown away by the wind.
