yeah man if i reeled off a list of people the WWE had no clue how to use you'd be shocked that MJF, tay conti, britt baker, christopher daniels, EC3 twice, etc had ties to WWE and never really had any type of direction and thats a very short list of the dozens of talented people lost in the WWE shuffle
I think AEW in general over does it with the blood. In the right match at the right time it can be great. They do it once a week or once every other week and it's just too much. I thought the Danielson vs Page match was almost as good as the 60 minute draw. My only knock on it was if you are going to have judges bring in people who aren't currently already on your payroll and play it up a bit more.
WWE fires a shot at AEWs rep for using blood in todays professional wrestling world: WWE takes a shot at AEW with statement issued to Toronto Star
I don't disagree that AEW goes too far by doing blood too often. It loses it's impact when you have it once every other week or so.
Also, the irony of WWE taking shots when not long ago since they don't want people cutting themselves they had 70 year old Vince take a legit headbutt to get blood and had Lesnar punch Orton hard multiple times to get blood and gave him a concussion in the process.
GCW is not my cup of tea but I tuned into the Hammerstein show. Even by GCW standards this was a fairly lackluster show.
I didn't even know there was uncertainty about it lol but yes, they showed up and their opponents were not FTR which was a disappointment
Apparently WWE let Jeff Hardy go for turning down rehab...and it turns out Hardy passed his drug test. I can see someone in recovering being pretty upset being told to go to rehab or lose your job when they were clean. WWE tried to get Jeff Hardy to return, offered Hall of Fame induction
This is on Vince for giving Shane that role for the Rumble. Shane McMahon Reportedly "Quietly Let Go" From WWE Due To Royal Rumble Heat - Wrestling Inc.
