Leaving for England tonight with my oldest son, Liverpool then London and touring Abbey Road Studios Next Saturday! In all the prep I meant to post this question.

Any record stores in Liverpool or London worth checking out?

Manchester! It’s an hour ride on the train. Liverpool is underwhelming and London’s pricing is higher than giraffe nuts. Manchester has loads of shops and prices that are pretty good. I went that about 5 years ago and found some pretty good titles. So, if you can make a day out of it, get a train from Liverpool to Manchester.

In regards to record shops. There’s also that beat group that’s celebrated a bit in the city...

Thanks! Ended up not having enough time to look for stores in Liverpool or London. Otherwise it was a great trip! Lover Liverpool. It had a great feel to the city and we saw lots of sights. Mendips, Forthlin Road, Arnold Grove, Admiral Grove, Cavern and Casbah Club.
