Looking to make a pretty substantial preorder with importCDs for various "neat stuff" pretty soon. Anyone know of any current discount codes (and their exact text) that can be applied?

Can you hold out for November? I expect Turkey Day incentives...

  4. The only time ImportCDs runs a discount code they literally post it on their front page and is hard to miss. I believe it's run twice a year.

True, but just 10% so nothing to write home about.

Checked the 3 Blu rays on my list, all cheaper through Amazon. Yawn.

This makes the upcoming Yardbirds Rare + Live box $41 shipped to me - lowest I've seen so far.

Their sales are always only 10%, not counting through eBay.

Hendrix Axis Bold As Love SACD is $28.29, then minus 10%, seems like a good price

Everything I want is way cheaper on ImportCDs even before the discount, so the 10% off will almost counteract the shipping.
My cart has 11 items so far, may add more

The recent Howard Jones deluxe editions are cheaper than anywhere else I've seen them.

Just placed my order for 30 CDs, the maximum they allow per order. I've been adding to my cart since their last sale in November. If they have another sale in June as usual I will definitely be spending more than I budgeted for.

Most of the titles I'd like to purchase are listed as "back order." Would feel better placing the order if everything was in stock at once.

As long as you use a credit card and not PayPal there's not much risk. I've been ordering from them for many years and have received CDs that always showed out of stock. B/O might be a little different though, especially for Japanese imports which I know are OOP.

It wasn’t that long ago that mfsl sacd titles were around $28 for the newest titles and $23-$24 for older ones and even less for some others. Now it seem almost all but a few are $38 big change.

  17. I think MFSL wised up and realized outside distribution for their own SACDs was cutting into their own sales at Musicdirect. Now outside distribution through other outlets is more aimed at foreign customers.

It's as if they don't expect you to buy their MFSL SACDs.
