Anyone order from Monoprice lately?

I've used Monoprice a number of times in the past and been very happy. I placed an order on 7/24 and it said that the order should ship the same day. After not getting any order update for a week ( the status just says "In Progress") I emailed them (they don't have any phone support at the moment). After submitting the email it said I would get a reply within 1 business day. I've heard nothing back and at this point I've submitted 3 emails. Its a pretty small order and I certainly understand that during the current climate they might be slower than usual but I'm wondering what is going on that they can't even reply to emails.
