I do. Almost sure it's a Tex Avery kind of thing.

The Crow walks along, but every 5th step, he does a skip. The pace is kinda hypnotic with the music that goes with it.....Crow is sleepy looking.

Yup! I remember this one too. Wasn't there a child in this one as well trying to hunt the Crow?

Inki appeared in 5 Warner Brothers Merrie Melodies between 1939 and 1950. I think that the Mynah bird was in 4 if not 5 of them. All were directed by Chuck Jones. TNT had broadcast the first 4 in the late 80's - early 90's but then stopped airing them, and Caveman Inki (1950) was broadcast on the Merrie Melodies syndicated show. They were a quite surreal. Inki would chase the slow moving bird only to get outsmarted each time. Weird - I can remember seeing these cartoons at my grandmother's house when I was 4 years old.

All of the Inki cartoons were directed by Chuck Jones. "Inki and the Minah Bird" was made in 1943, which was right around when Chuck Jones hit his stride as an animation director (His first really great ones, IMHO, were in 1942, including "The Dover Boys at Pimento University"). I believe he also benefitted from inheriting some of the production team of the departed Tex Avery.

What , like Kramer's fear of circus clowns on Seinfeld. Just LOVED the 'Pagliacci Opera' episode where Kramer encounters "Crazy Joe Divola" in a Clown suit.
