Anyone the Byrds OOP SACD? (It really isn't OOP is it?)

I stumbled across this ebay auction and can't believe the claims the seller makes. First of all I wasn't even aware that this SACD is OOP.

I've seen it used for about twelve bucks.

 

I checked Sony's website and the Byrds SACD is still in print

 

Redtrumpet has it for $16.99 so I highly doubt it's oop.

 

Still available at Amazon for $14.99.

 

I know this disc is still available - that is why I posted the ebay link.

It still amazes me that people don't have a clue, and will make claims about certain things that are on ebay that just aren't true.

Even if this SACD were OOP - would it really be worth $34.99?

Would this be a case where this auction should be reported to ebay as trying to sell an item using false information regarding that item?
