Well today is Saturday... is Redtrumpet usually "open" on the weekends? We also have to remember that it is a holiday weekend, with a lot of people off on Monday, Presidents day (I know I am).. so maybe they are off for the holidays.

All I can say is that I received an e-mail from them on 2/12 to let me know that they had shipped an order. It didn't say anything about being closed.

Well back in early January I ordered some Disc Doctor & LP Brushes. About 3 or 4 days later I got an email saying that the Cleaner was shipped (it arrived in about a week). According to the site the Brushes are still "Processing" so I emailed them earlier this week to find out about how long it would be but I haven't recieved a reply yet.

Not to worry folks. I talked to Rick at Red Trumpet a few days ago and they are doing just fine. There site did seem to be down for a little bit. Rick is also looking at expanding and is out of the office for a few days on business.

Craig, what's odd is if you put a URL in the Quick Reply Vb3 displays it with the url tags. The "post reply" doesn't.

In the post reply mode I ususally use the (now cryptic world/link) icon.[IMG]. Haven't tried just putting the URL in. :)

My signature disappeared. Have to go look for it............

It's been stolen! Thanks for the tip. Make sure your sig box is checked when you Submit Reply. Under Additional Options under the Submit Button.

Yes, ADDITIONAL options. They're not standard but optional.

I had it set in my profile to always include my signature. I just checked and it's still there. We'll see if it shows up now.....

edit.. now I'll see if it shows up. Plus I'm getting subscribed to threads I post in, even though I had that turned off too. (just went and checked for sure)

That's almost exactly the same as my situation--ordered fluid and brushes on 1/5, no shipment so far. At the time, fluid was in stock, brushes on order. E-mailed early last week, but no reply yet. FWIW, I've heard the Disc Doc tends to ship "whenever". Heh...at that rate I'll make my own @#$#$&& brushes or use the ones I still have.

I tried all day yesterday but could not get to RT's web site. It is working now.

Call them if your order takes a long time to fill. More than likely they haven't got the items back in stock.

As far as I know, Rick doesn't work on weekends. And I seldom get a hold of anybody there on Saturday, mostly because we are in different time zones.
